I’m not real familiar with the legislation that’s been passed, so let me know if this is about the equivalent of asking for sources in the steroid forum, but are there any sources where I could get Ephedrine in the US at a decent price? I’ve found a couple places that are outside of the country, but I’d be paying out the ass.

No just kidding, and as I’m from Australia I wouldn’t know. However, I suspect a lot of your answers will direct you towards HOT-ROX (‘better than epehedra’)
NOTHING works like ephedra, hence it was seriously regulated. They bullshitted you with the concerns over meth and people dying, but other otc shit kills tons more people than ephedra ever did and those aren’t regulated. Ephedra was a cheap super effective way to get ripped and it worked wonders. I used to use it with tremendous results.
I used other stuff after that but none of it works- sorry distros, but it’s true. Other stuff gives you a buzz and makes you feel like something is happening but its highly placebo if anything. All of you who used to take the real deal stacker 2s before they took what works out of it know what I mean- you know you could rely on it to cut you up. ECA stack was the bomb and no one could claim it didn’t make a gigantic difference in body comp in short order. Some will talk about cortisol levels and attenuation but this occurs in every instance of a stimulant so now what you’re looking at is otc “replacements” that have none of the bang, yet cost 5 times more than ephedrine did. Remamber dymetadrine 25? What was it $6/bottle? The new stuff is like $40+ for the same amount and doesn’t work 20% as good.
Just gotta hit those tabata cycle drills extra hard or settle for your quota of eph per month as regulated by the gov’t which, incidentally, still refuses to limit how many cigarettes you can buy per month even though they are proven killers of hundreds of thousands or millions. Look no further than pharma companies and probably even supp companies on the down low who saw an opportunity to get their alternatives out- outlaw the competition and you have a chance…crap.
Ephedrine is legal. Ephedra is not. If none of the supplement stores near you (is anything “near you,” in Iowa?) carry ephedrine, then teh int3rw3b probably has it. Make sure your search is “ephedrine,” again, and forget that you ever knew about something called “ephedra.”
As an aside, know that “ephedrine” is marketed as a “bronchiodilator” (wink wink.) Maybe this helps. Maybe not. I don’t know.
Yeah, I’ve tried HOT-ROX, and like USNS said, I didn’t get all that much out of it. I’ve found some ephedrine products online, but they either don’t ship to the US, or they’re asking for $14 for a weeks worth. I shall continue my search and report back if I find anything worthwhile.
As for being near things in Iowa, I wouldn’t know, since it’s just one giant sea of corn stalks.

The reason ephdra was so popular is because housewives used it heavily as a stimulant and appetite suppressant. People like the feel they experienced from it and they associated this with it burning fat.
I don’t believe there’s ever been any research showing that ephedra is an effective fat loss supplement. There was one study that showed that it helped retain muscle while dieting, but I believe that’s it. I can attest to the fact that it kills your desire to eat, however.

We’ll see. I’m a bottomless pit as far as food is concerned, even ‘clean’ foods, so I’m anxious to see if the appetite suppression is really all that noticeable.
As to how to acquire ephedrine: apart from the suggestions of my pre-posters (ephedrine-hcl), you could try to get mormon tea. I don’t know if it’s still legal in the U.S., but I can attest to its efficacy. Works great.

I’m always kinda perplexed when someone doubts the efficacy of ephedrine/ephedra in a hypocaloric diet supplemented by resistance training, energy systems work and some cardio thrown in for good measure.
Of course, I’m talking about the good ol’ ECA stack.
I tried fat loss with and without ECA and I’ve never been one to skimp on effort when working out (neither in volume, nor in intensity, nor in variety) while also being very straight and disciplined with my nutrition - my results have always been better with ECA.
But, I’m a very lucky guy, since ephedrine doesn’t affect my mood/mental health, nor do I get a jittery heart. The only thing I’ve noticed so far was a bit of nervousness when OD’ed (once I accidently gobbled twice the usual dose).
But I’ve heard by a lot of guys that they can’t stand ephedrine due to its side effects, which can be quite severe.
I haven’t taken it for almost two years, but I gave it another try, since, sadly, I couldn’t get hold on HOT-ROX Extreme (I’m from Germany).
I believe that Ephedra DOES help burn fat. If I remember correctly it promotes noradrenaline production, which then acts as an agonist on the various beta receptors, not just Beta-2, unlike Clen only, which helps with fat loss.

Yeah you’re right it absolutely does, and if taken in the correct doses can be tolerated just fine…
As previously stated it can still be bought..ie:Vasopro..but most everywhere it is necessary to photocopy your license which is a big turn off to me...some numnut having my license info is not cool...
But, a while back I did indeed get the usual small amount for around 24 bucks I believe...the Vasopro ephedrine 25mg tabs..at around 24 tablets I believe in a box.
If you look really hard you can get it..

Bingo. BDI brand is still very common around here and it’s still the same old stuff. Not illegal. There are restrictions on how much you can purchase at one time, however.

I get all my supplements online. Hooray being from the stix. A search on amazon brought some stuff up, mostly asthma medications. But if you can get ephedrine at a truck stop…we have plenty of those in Iowa.

Ephedra can still be found. As well as fat burners that contain ephedra. There are a couple out there called Hydrolean and Xtralean. Both knock offs of the old hydroxycut and xenadrine from back in the day that contained the herbal eqiv of the ECA stack. These can still be found all over the web.

I third that…
Bronkaid and Primatene contain ephedrine and should only be used if you have asthma. Any pharmacy or grocery store should have one of these two.
I just bought some at the gas station. 12 25 mgs for 4.99. No ID needed.
Apparently the FDA is making ephedrine manufacturers add Guaifenesin to the tabs to prevent the making of meth. So now it’s ok.
