Sunday workout: Squat focus

Squats 40 reps @ 150kg (10-10-10-10)

Accessory:
Incline bench: 3x8 @ 60,70,80kg
Pull ups: 15 @ BW, 10 @ 10kg

Tricep pushdown and lateral raises super set
Face pulls

Notes:
Squats felt good tonight.
I’ve been squatting a lot recently, I don’t even really have to think about what i’m doing anymore.(whether the forms any good, now that’s a whole 'nother issue)
I’ve also been thinking about supplementation, when i first started I would take creatine and a protein shake daily. Now I’ll only have both around a workout because I’m to lazy to take them daily.

I also wanted to say thanks to @BOTSLAYER @Irishman92 @MarkKO @brady888 @duketheslaya You guys have been really welcoming since I joined and reading through your logs/seeing your results has inspired me to work harder in the gym…
Also i’m secretly in competition with you all (except maybe Irishman, I don’t want to be kicked in the face) I don’t want to be out done/left to far behind :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Tuesday workout: Push Focus
Different gym tonight (Same chain: Snap fitness, Different Location: Kambah)

OHP: 40 reps @ 50kg (10-10-10-10)
Weight felt to light will jump to 55kg next week instead of planned 52.5kg

Accessory:
Pulls up: 3x5 @ BW,10,20kg. 1xAMRAP (14) @ BW
Pause squats: 1x4 @ 140,160,170,180kg. 3x3 @ 140kg

tricep push down and face pull super sets

Notes:
Some guy complimented me on my squats, handled it like a pro
