Wednesday workout:

Push press: 6 @ 60,70kg
OHP: 3x8 @ 50kg

Accessory:
NG pull ups: 5x8 @ BW

Facepull supersets

Notes:
Only got 4 hours sleep, so wasn’t expecting much.
Pull ups went relatively smooth though.
Didn’t do any lower body work, was planning to come back and squat tomorrow.

Squat: 2 @ 140,160,170,180kg
Pause squat: 3 @ 120,140,160kg

Accessory:
Goodmorning: 2x15 @ 80kg
NG pull ups: 5x5 @ +10kg
Dips: 3x10 @ +10kg

Facepull supersets

Notes:
Sleep was better even sneak in a nap after work lol
Squats felt easy today 4 plates felt more like 3.

I tend not to eat so much when stressed out, Quality’s still alright though.
when we bought the house was the worst, I’d spend all day getting stuff done so we could move in and then realise It was 9pm and i hadn’t eaten since breakfast.

Tuesday workout:

Squat: 20 @ 140kg

Accessory:
Goodmorning: 2x12, 1x(something more than 6) @ 80kg

Leg extension supersets

Notes:
Squats moved pretty well, muscular fatigue came on as expected but from a cardiovascular point of view I fared pretty well.
Maybe walking the dog does actually count as cardio lol

On the life stress front I went out and signed all my paperwork for the new car, It’s
why I didn’t get to the gym on Sunday (New Mitsubishi Triton with a few sweet extras, if anyone’s interested lol
I’ll upoad some picks when I get it)
The plan for this week is Lower/Upper/Fullbody. Tues/Wed/Thurs.

As for the Odd set of goodmornings, I was supposed to do 12 reps but someone pinned themselves under the bar on bench so I went to help…as soon as I walked back to the squat rack he’d gotten back on the bench and was pinned again.
I didn’t help him the second time…

Ha I added the usual shit for work like a tub liner and ladder racks but im mostly excited about the heavy duty under gaurds, side steps, bull bar and they’ve got to get back to me about fitting a rear diff lock( there’s one on the top model, so I’m hoping they can fit it cheap).
If not i’ll probably go aftermarket and get a locker fitted to the front.

Roll of shame or what not and then decided to use dumbbells (assuming he thought they were safer)

Notes:
Was running really late today but got my main work done.
Feel like I’m looking fuller at the moment, I’ll accredit it to the carbs and creatine.

seated row machine and cable curl super sets.

Notes:
The DOM’s are real lol after warming up they went away though.
Squats felt great I felt solid AF.
Pressing lacked power but that’s expected after yesterday.
@MarkKO is there a fitness IG guy that goes to elite? Saw a guy with what looked like an expensive camera, recording some jacked dude doing lat pulldowns.
Saw my mate who got pinned on the bench yesterday, he was definitely avoiding eye contact today.

Car notes:
Mitsubishi wont fit the locker, so looks like I’m going aftermarket.
I’ll have to make a list and hit up Canberra Caravan and 4X4 Center in fyshie.
The car should hopefully be ready Tuesday though so that’s a plus.

Got an infected tooth, pretty pumped up on antibiotics and painkillers.
wasn’t expecting much from this workout but everything moved well.
Wont be able to get down to the gym Thursday-sunday, so I’m going to aim for 3 days in a row again (mon/tues/wed)(lower/upper/full body)

Notes:
Despite feeling tired everything moved really well.
Flew to Melbourne Thursday night and got my root canal done Friday morning, still on antibiotics.
Comic con was on while i was down so I went on the Sunday, was a pretty interesting place and they had some cool shit for sail.
I managed a free T-shirt from bethesda too.
I applied for a job about 2 months ago and i finally got an interview, they called and said they’d like to make a formal offer but I have to undergo a medical, good news… I think.
