Can Someone with Training Experience Do His Own Programs?

Coach Thibs,

Hope your doing great Coach wanted to ask you coach based on someone experience that been training for like 20 years achieved good results on him self should he follows his workouts with a coach or he could achieve his results on his own since he knows how his body recovers and what type of movements are better for his structure than others

I am a Type 2B the Coach I am training with most of his programs are generalised for the community I am in and the programs are compound movements with like only one too two isolation work and for me I feel that mixing some lower neurological work gives me better results form a CNS recovery and more motivation

Any help from the experienced brothers that are here will be great on this topic
