500mg and only at 1600? How many weeks into your cycle are you? Did you not get your E2 checked?

Sounds like your stuff is underdosed , and you’re taking an AI. Probably crashed your estrogen? Without knowing how long into the cycle you are, and what your estrogen levels are, it’s tough to know.

Most likely “1/5 mg anastisol EOD” = “lethargic, no drive, and low labido”. When you stop it’s not going to get better over night. You’re looking at around 2-4 weeks of it’s indeed crashed estrogen and it sounds like it is.
