*This went pretty well. I was exhausted during the 5x10. By the way, the accesory work I’ll be doing with this program is the big and boring of 5x10. It’s pretty hard and it’s about time I incorporate some volume into my training.

*Used the mini bands working on speed and explosiveness. It felt great when I took the bands off at 135, but it was definitely not as explosive at 185. I had just gotten tired from that point I guess.
