I’ve been away from working out for almost a month due to a back injury I sustained at the gym.
I’m wondering how I should manage my caloric intake during this period and the first few weeks once I get back in the gym. Any guidelines would be appreciated. thank you
depends are lean or FAT or in between. Id tend to say eat to recover youll be working out expending energy doing damage and that requires food to fix. But also your goals and present state need to be taken into account
