All-in-one are good. Also check out myprotein and the whey consortium. Great prices the lot of them.
REFLEX makes the tastiest and BEST products in UK!!
Prices are good too!
I am getting them even cheaper (before they get to the stores) so it is a REAL BARGIN!!
my 2 … pence!! ![]()
Cheers for all the feedback. I found the all-in-1 sports nutrition page chowie mentioned and bought 4 tubs (10kgs) for ?80. It is most definitely reflex without the packaging, protein content is identical and it’s ?10 cheaper than most retailers… just a thought www.sports-nutrition.co.uk for anyone interested!
just heard from a bloke who supplies proteins+supps, he says there is an investigation into reflex at the moment…something to do with using blood in their proteins !!! dont know how much truth there is but we should be advised that some times all is not what it seems… i get dymatize elite at under 30 quid for a 5lb tub and it mixes/tastes great lean mass has improved.
i`ve just ordered an 8lb tub of dymatize gainer at under 30 quid including shipping…time to grow hahahahehaw(in a mad scientist syle voiceover)
dont hunt what you cant kill
http://www.sports-nutrition.net/acatalog/whey-protein-products.html
10lb unflavoured whey for ?19.99
If you buy two you can get 10lb for ?13.99. That’s ?31 delivered for 20lb of whey!!!
That’s what i’m talking about!
All,
I must say that reflex definitely has some of the better value/quality products out there. I highly rate their Micellar Casein although I am not a fan of the taste of their whey protein.
Stay away from the H&B proteins as they tend to be protein blends primarily made up of cheap, milk based proteins.
A couple of good sites I frequent include:
(Great variety and volume deals)
(Big variety with more of a hardcore product edge - I.e. pro hormones, etc.)
www.cheapuksupplements.co.uk
(Cheap prices on certain products)
What I struggle with is getting my hands on some of the specialised products that the U.S. has. For example, SAN’s R-ALA has to come from eBay and the prices tend to be extortionate.
On another note, who’s training in London? I live in the City (Clerkenwell) and train at the Holmes Place by the Barbican.
Cheers,
Sasha
