me after a little over 1 year training at 213 at 5�¢??10, 23 years old, previous exercise experience - basketball.

If 10-11 years from now, god forbid, I have only gained 17 lbs and my progress is only from the right to the left then i will walk away from the gym forever out of shame.

Saying he would like to see pictures of ProX to see his progress, is an acceptable request. Demanding them from all the bigs in proper lighting and proper posing and stating that they should be REQUIRED to, not cool.

Being unimpressed with a BB and questioning their progress is fine, but posting comparison photos in the nude in a photoshoppd banana hammock and you lose credibility. I’m just sayin!
