really? if this is true you must PM me a link!
No, post it here. May this thread be the ultimate backfire of the internets.
Impossible that it will backfire. My point remains from that other site and is rock solid.
Point being that if you look like he does after 12 years of bodybuilding that your training or DVDS aren’t something that is of any interest to me or anyone else who wants to get anywhere. His training philosophy and/or execution is flawed.
Him after 12 years training at about 230 at 5¢??10, 28 years old
me after a little over 1 year training at 213 at 5¢??10, 23 years old, previous exercise experience - basketball.
If 10-11 years from now, god forbid, I have only gained 17 lbs and my progress is only from the right to the left then i will walk away from the gym forever out of shame.
if he comes over here and posts fine, im not really losing any sleep over it.

Despite celtic’s ridiculous trollery and general social incompetence, he has a very valid point here…one I can empathize with.
I think his real point will be made when he’s a pro natural bodybuilder, until then it’s all talk!
Surely he (and you) are aware of diminishing returns, no? Natural trainees will only get so big.
