There’s an eventual SERIOUS disconnect between maximum off-season size, regular off-season weight that a bber chooses to sit at once he begins seriously competing and stage weight for a lifetime natural. A FEW of the guys on here have reached the first stage so far… almost no one will get to the second stage.
you’re also unlikely to find aforementioned big guys making flippant remarks about the size Layne Norton is carrying at this point, because they hav the experience to discern development (thickness) and maturity.
The OP is doing ok from a training point of view but not that good. He has made negligible size gains judging by his pictures, you guys have been thrown for a loop by his improved posture, posing, lighting and actual flexing. to guage development look at the deltoids and arms in someone who has wide clavicles (OP) and dude has added little to no thickness for a relative beginner.
Finally, the OP also has a far better frame than most of the big guys who have reached stage 1, ergo he has the potential to go way farther in this activity than most here, even the bigger more vocal guys.

no he is wrong, he claims he looks good/better than layne norton, which he does not if he dieted down for a show he would just look like scrawny twig layne on the other hand does look muscular like in the pic i have attached.
oh yeah if your wondering why i agreed with him a page or so back was cause i didnt know he claimed to look BETTER than layne which he doesn’t.
Celtics definitely doesn’t look BETTER than Layne, by any means. Besides, that was most likely a bad picture of him in the comparison shot. However, considering his training age, I can see his point.
But as I qualified my previous statement, it doesn’t change him being socially inept/incompetent and possibly mildly retarded.

I think I have made noticable size gains. Saying they are negligible isnt doing my bodybuilding efforts in the gym justice IMO. I’m really not trying to throw anyone for a loop. In fact, I’m hoping that others will attempt to train the way I do.
but yes, my progress could have been better. For a long time I had absolutely zero mind muscle connection and didnt train often enough. For the first 6 months of my training I only went 3x a week.
For many months I did stronglifts and then 5/3/1 which I didnt get much size on at all (time before the first pic). And since there were no barbell rows or lateral raises or rear delt raises or calf raises or direct forearm or neck training in those programs those parts had no hope of growing
Right now, my hams, rear delts and lower/mid trap are behind but I’m focusing on them and bringing them up. Also my pullup mind-muscle connection has improved and I will see growth in lats again soon.
This guy reminds me of will ferrel and john c reilly in step brothers. So out of touch with reality is genuinely sad to watch this. This is a 10 year old’s mind in ~23 year old’s body.

Why dont you deadlift man? seems to me you can solve a lot of problems with deadlifts. That’ll get your whole posterior chain going. Build forearms. Make your dick bigger.
I’m starting to lean toward the most epic troll ever. I don’t think even the best troll is this subtle. By subtle I mean the ability to not go so incredibly far as to assure you he’s not ‘real’
Though I should mention I’m a very skeptical person.
