Calling All T-Artists

Hey Chef sorry for the delayed response.

Thx and great work!

Yes it is art that you are doing IMO. Art is a very open and subjective personal view and what you do takes creativity and skill as does what I do.

Let alone you ought to see some of the things ppl are trying to and Are passing as art now a days. Boy.

Oh, American University In Wash. D.C. Just started my last semester thank god. 4 months to go.

Once again thx and keep up the great work.

Here is one of the latest I have been working on.

Phill

Damn, I havn’t even started at the Art Institute of CA yet… it should be fun though, as long as I can afford it.

Good lord, those are some amazing pieces everyone. It kinda sucks that I found this thread so late. I’d consider myself an artist, though I’m not getting a degree in it. Unfortunately, all my things are back home and I don’t have a scanner. Oh well, keep them coming guys.

How long would it take someone starting out to achieve this technical skill you speak of?

HUH???

Was that directed at me ??

If you are talking about fundemental skills in art. We’ll to be honest no real answer to that its very individual and never really stops. I mean my larning of them began when I could firts scribble as a babe and still continues today,. with each new work or attempt teaching me or honing some type of skill be it technical, visual, etc.

Its all so subjective and depends on what your interest are.

It was directed to anyone who could give me an answer thank you.

Well, better late than never. Here is an illustration I did when I was in college (last spring) for schizophrenia. There’s another one in my thread over in the T-Vixen sorority forum.

Great work guys, nice to see the other T-artists.

I just ran through here real quick and I’m very impressed!

Great work! I can’t believe I never clicked on this thread before. I remember the title though. I guess you never know when you’re missing out on a good thread.

Scanned ink drawing plus photoshop “painting”

Wow been WAY to damn long since this has been bumped a bit busy on my end to say the least. Graduating, shows, getting the Test Fest going.

Anyway here is a show I am in in an alternative space in down town DC its up on my site.

There are also a ton of new additions now that I got around to it if you take a minute to poke around.

Keep em coming all.

Water Color??? Tough unforgiving ass medium. Nice work.

WOW been to long since this was bumped

Here is some of the works ive done since arriving in Thailand

Like my works previous Im working on the belief that if we take the time in art, life etc, we can find the positive, the beauty, inm ANY object or situation. So ive been digging through dumps, wrecks etc, while the Thais stare in AWE at the big white guy rumaging through CRAP. Finding both the subjects to paint and the medium to paint on.
