Look. That is a good 1 year progression. I am far away of that 1 Year Incredible Body Transformation ( Calisthenics ) - 15 years old - YouTube Multiply my 3 months with 4 to get 12 months and I would still not be able to have that muscle mass or do what he can do regarding strength.
Have you considered other hobbies?

This hobby is a poor fit for you. That’s fine. I quit the harmonica after a few weeks. It happens.
What you mean with my current approach? People here said I should change routine, and even eat more though I already am at my max what one should gain per month. 1-2 kg. Not MORE! You’re contradicting yourself if you say I should gain even more weight per month. If you first statement somewhere else is gain 1-2 kg per month.
You seem to want to argue more than you want to achieve your goals. Just to reiterate my point above, there are some big strong guys up thread offering to help you get bigger and stronger. Listening to them will make you stronger, arguing with them will waste everyone’s time.

That is some basic stuff you can find everywhere. Train, eat, sleep. What you don’t say. How about something I don’t know.

Literally the best advice you’ve been given is:
1) Eat more, eat that much consistently
2) Pick a program that fits your lifestyle and do it, do it consistently.
That’s it, those are literally it, the keys to success, there are only two! It’s actually amazing!

Should I show your basic studies which you already know, like that gaining more than 3 kg per month is not a smart thing, because the stuf you gain is fat, and not muscle mass.
Look man this is going to be my last post in this thread. I’m only posting this because I was lost in the beginning too.
The key to getting stronger is very simple.
Eat well consistently + train consistently + work hard + do that for years = Strong, fit, big body.
You might not believe me, but that’s all there is to it. You are 6ft and 173lbs. You should be able to do plenty of chin-ups/pull-ups at your weight if you do them 3x a week.
Honestly if it’s not working and you are super weak this is how I would progress.
Day 1: 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
Day 2: 2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
Day 3: 2,2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
Day 4: 2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
