I have come to the conclusion that I need to add a calcium supplement as a result of cutting dairy out of my diet. I wanted to know who uses 'em and which ones you would recommend. Any other info on the topic is more than welcome.

All i know is if ur gona buy some, buy the good stuff and stick with the proper dose, i had a friend whos doctor linked kidney stones to his calcium sups.
You’re probably getting plenty of calcium if you consume whey or casein regularly.
The bound calcium in these proteins is better than most calcium supplements.
Are you eating plenty of green veg?
Yea I get plenty of green veggies, just thought that a calcium supp might be necessary because of the lack of dairy.
I’ve been considering supplementing with calcium also since I don’t eat very much dairy at all and I doubt I’m getting enough form other sources.
Only problem is I read a thread by CT where he stated men should never supplement with calcium.
I asked him why, but he never replied.
I thought it might have to do with calcification or plaque build up in the arteries but that’s just a guess by a long shot.
Maybe someone else can chime in with the reason.
