Ever consider just not taking a pre-workout supplement? I have never needed one in 20 years of training.
Yes. I do that for the majority of the year, but I bring it back in when Iām on a peaking training cycle.
I use bucked up stim free. Pretty decent.
Hosstile Bloodshot is incredible. Highly recommend.
