Cal,

I haven’t been told that i can’t talk about it… so yea I can give ya the down low. I am a part of team 2, which just means I shelled out the cash for 45 days worth of supps, free coaching from Coach Thibs and dietary direction from Shugart.
It makes a HUGE HUGE difference in my work capacity, I am packing on the muscle with out the fat gain. Roughly I am at 200-250 grams of carbs from my old 100grams of carbs.

I am loving the results thus far, would like to see more “fat” loss but this isn’t a 100% fat loss supp, but rather for muscle building. Which can only help in fat loss right??

Anyway that is a quick run down for ya - feel free to ask more questions. I am trying to keep up with both logs, but as part of team 2 they want ya to keep up with the Indigo log so they can coach ya properly.

Work capacity stuff

a1. prowler x 40 m
a2. kb swings x 20
a3. prowler x 40m
a4. kb squats x 20
a5. prowler x 40m
a6. broad jumps x 40m
a7. prowler x 40 m
a8. mtn jumpers x 20

Did this 3x’s. ON the seconds round i switched to backward drags, then on the 3rd round back to pushing. It was a good workout, got all the night time kinks worked out of me & felt ready to face the day.

Followed this with

ab shredder hell

In & done, off to shoot my bow for about 30 minutes.

MIM- thanks so much. I did get another 45 days… but that will probably be it, I am actually just starting to see some Results now so I don’t want to stop now. Excited to see what comes next.

Quick update for the week -

Noteable *** Hit HUGE pr on my Deadlift. Got 275lbs for 3 on Sumos deadlifts.

It felt Great, I have been chasing 260lbs for a while now & I just Blew it out of the water with this!!

Is 45 days a standard supply? I’d love to get in on the action! hard to fail with all that support.

Cal - it is tough on the check, especially for you being across the pond with shipping & customs etc…
I forsee that after I finish my 2nd 45 day cycle, it will have to be the end of it. Hard to tell though, depends on what I end up looking like in the end of the journey :wink:

Wow, there is huge difference in the abs. I’m guessing you have some post-kiddie loose skin there but it’s going away. Amazing.

Yep Cal, Kiddie Chub (as my 6 yr old calls my mid-section “chub”). It’s SLOWLY going away…

ab shredder is basically sprinting followed by ab work. THis is what I do.

crunch x failure (2" hold at top & you could stick any ab exercise in here)
sprint x 40
walk back
crunch x failure
sprint x 60
walk back
crunch x failure
sprint x 80meters
walk back
crunch x failure
sprint 100 meters
walk back
Lying Leg raises x failure (this could also be whatever ab exercise you would like, the key is the 2" hold)
sprint x 80 meters
walk back
Lying leg raises x failure (2"hold at mid pt, 2"hold at top)
sprint x 60meters
walk back
LLR x failure
sprint x 40 meters
walk back
LLR x failure
sprint x 20 meters
walk back
LLR x failure

Done!

That is the ab shredder. It is pretty simple & goes pretty quick - looks like a lot but it’s not really all that much one you get going.

That looks fun. I would have to substitute the rower as I can’t sprint right now. I guess that would be OK, no?
