p.m @ the camper because I could not stand myself and the lack of movement for the day I did the following

pushups x 15
bw squats x 25
x 8 rounds

got a nice little sweat rolling from this and felt better about myself, called it a day and took a 1 hour nap before I went to check cows again.

My deads just weren’t there today, it all felt heavy :frowning: ugh I hate days like that. Oh well you got to the bad with the good. SPeaking of good I might have had a break thru on the lunges, I found myself actually enjoying them today - so there may be some hope yet for me. My leg are a bit sore from the BW Squats last night. My core is fried from the bb rollouts on Wednesday, my oh my I never noticed til I went to pull & I thought “oh my now there is something”. All in all it had its good points and poor points today. Okay off to feed cows and fix things :slight_smile:

Those deadlifts were just beautiful. What a lovely back arch you’ve got goin’ on!

Those deads sure looked quick and strong. Sorry they didn’t feel that way.

they felt slowwwwwww & hard today - mentally I was slow I guess. I just wasn’t in the deads today - ugh. Thanks for chiming in. Where do I need to improve?? thoughts, suggestion, ideas?

Is this what you mean by speed DLs, just touching down and go? I like to do those with the trap bar. I don’t know why but the neutral grip seems easier somehow. They look pretty to me but you know my opinion doesn’t count for much YET.

Very nice deads - I’m jealous of your arch as I’m a total roundbacker. I do have some nice red Chucks like those, though!

Thanks Cal, I love my chucks - I am thinking I might need a new pair, but these ones are only a year and half old. Any excuse to buy new shoes though, total shore whore that I am :slight_smile:
