I find the latter much easier personally.
Bushy, you make me laugh, even your threats of violence sound intellectual!! hehe!
No less painful though, i’m sure! ![]()

From what i ve seen in the us you get the same prison time for the offences its just they stick a 0 on the end. i saw on this program the other day this guy was like “yeah i got 32 years for a simple burgalry.” he used to be a pro american football player. 32 years!

depends on the state really.
I was looking in florida at the inmate searches and I seen guys that got life in prison for armed robbery. this is where no one got hurt.
I have an ex friend that started acting stupid and got 7 years for ID theft that was his second prison term but out on parol and he now is back on a new assualt charge for 15 more years.
if he was in a state like florida from what i seen he would have gotten life because it is his 3rd strike.
They’ve got the 3 strike s rule here but its for serious offences ; class a drug dealing (me), gbh, manslaughter, robbery, kidnapping, rape things like that.
but the numbers your talking about you d never get over here. there just isn t the money to pay for it! its a business like anything else.
there even talking about letting out ALL female offenders except the very very worst. and using the womens prisons for more men.
it seems the US gov have got unlimited money to spend on locking people up. like they have chain gangs working in the desert living in tents and shit! the pussy ass criminals over here would mess there pants if they had to do that stuff…
Is anyone else still baffled as to why having a double last name is either “posh” or, hell, anything at all. I have no idea why you would get picked on for that.
I mean, if your name was “Doug Hitler”, “Herbie Bin Laden” or “Thomas Queerbait” I can see where problems might arise, but just have a double last name? Colour me stupified, folks…

we do have chain gangs in the desert too that is no exgeration. happens to be one in county jail.happens to be the county jail I tend to be a guest at.
the same county jail where inmates die because the guards are too rough with them.and where amnesty international has a very long relationship with the jail becuase of mistreatment of criminals.
same place the inmates are fed "oxidised bolonga? and “slightly dry” bread becuase the expired stuff from food banks only cost the county like 30 cents a person to feed them.
http://www.cnn.com/US/9907/27/tough.sheriff/ take a gander at this
people admire this sherrif tho not for his arresting and mistreating people that have minor speeding tickets the same way he does rapists not for thr fact he is in it for his own ego boost and notority. but because he is “tough on crime” which gets worse every year because he is changing what is concidered a reportable crime.
this man has his own bodyguards and never is he seen in public without his entourage.
Hi all.
I have messaged Bushy some details others can be found in my rant and rave at some poor soul.
All in all, im pretty fucked and as such i am in no condition to help this guy with his letters.
If anyone needs his name and address other than those who mailed me at this point i would appreciate if you mailed AlteredState or it seems bushy has arisen so he will do obviously.
Regards to all.

My god… and to think - guns are legal there so you can overthrow your government if it gets too bad - yet you have an oppressive, cruel, selfish government and you STILL allow your people to be treated like this. Overthrow! Overthrow!
I am angry at the citizens of the US as much as that fucking arsehole sherriff (someone kill that cunt will you?)
When i lived there - i really saw the country for what it is. There are many good points about the country… but things like the above should not be tolerated.
One of those guys was killed - yet he was there for driving while suspended, or with no licence. Shit - he shouldn’t have been in that sort of jail anyway!!
Brook
and that was one story, the sherrifs office is beyond budget due to paying out in wrongfull death settelments.
so the yarrest more people hand out more tickets to pay for the wrongful deaths of the people tha tget arrested because of the tickets that was issued to them because there was a guy that was killed before them
the entire country is not like this just the county that i live in
and its sad that this guy keeps getting voted into office every year because " he is tough on crime" bullshit if hes tough on crime why cant I go to town without wearing my s&w 357 highway patrol special on my hip?
enough about that shit though az is the wild wild west still.
Is it? Is AZ behind the rest of the country that much?

not sure if its behind so much as trying to make an example.
i mean I know someone that got 10 years probation for having a roach.(butt end of a joint just to be clear)
we have the mexican immagrant problam
they estimate over 5 million undocumented people in the state
there is millita at the border and they are angry.
its not a fun place if you get mixed up in the system at all.
i guess the grass is always greener someplace though.
Jesus… 10 years for a roach… That is fucking outrageous!!
Seriously.
Altered, I can lend a hand too if you want people to have another person to PM. Just let me know if I can help take any of the pressure off of Cork at this point.
My letter will be going in the post tomorrow.
Hope that’s not too late, old chap.
Just to remind folks who are still thinking about this…you can PM me for help structuring it or editing it, as well as how to send it. The more letters the better.
For a guy who has messaged, harruanged borderline threatened people to write letters i myself have been guilty of procrastinating to the highest degree what to put down on an A4 page.
It is without doubt really bad of me, so today while i was writing a pm it all came together in one beautifull message.
Writing how this one man, could make such a difference in peoples lives is not something i’d be usually to keen on but to say this man has helped me is an understatement so without further ado here is my my letter to be posted in the next hour:
To whom it may concern.
This letter is my testament to the gentleman you know as ***************.
He is before you in relation to crimes that i feel do a major dis-service to his character as he is NOT your average guy with steroids that you have no doubt had before your bench before.
Before i come to what i believe his true character is, let me first give some background details as to how we became aquainted.
We have conversed many times on an internet forum regarding nutrition and weight training, and being the kind soul that he is helped me majorly in renovating my entire life. And his 7,000 posts give testament as to how many people he has helped selflessly other than to make their lives a little better.
However, that was just the start of our relationship, 6 months ago i found out i had cancer. Something that at the best of times can seriously affect your thinking and the way you continue your life.
Words do not BEGIN to express my thanks for this man.
If it was not for **** i would be indeed in a far worse place both mentally and physically than i find myself today.
I have maybe a year to two left, and were it not for **** i would now no doubt be sitting in my bedroom crying and feeling sorry for myself. Thanks to him, i was able to get past all the emotions that would have crippled me and left me spending the rest of my days in deep depression. He gave me the strength and energy to empower myself that just because i have had bad news does not mean the end of my life.
I have no doubt if i did not have an outlet to express my fears and hopes and get non- emotional advice of the highest standard i would be in dire straights at this time.
Talking about cancer to my friends and family always led to them crying so without **** i would have never recieved any help or advive.
In regards to my doctors, any casual look at the Irish Health Service will let you know the state of the cancer services in this island. With over 4,000 people having to be re-tested and more on the cards our doctors have been proven to be highly incompetant, **** selflessly went away and researched study after study in order to make sure nothing had been left to chance.
**** is without doubt a credit to the human race, a human being so great in kindness and compassion that for anyone to even consider putting him in jail would do such a dis-service to the human race that it is unthinkable.
Obviously he has made a mistake, but the good he can do to other fellow human beings in my humble opinion far outweigh any negatives that could possibly be said about him whether is in the past or present.
I humbly ask that you take into account this letter, as one case of how this man is of help to people and that to lock him up or punish him for one mistake would be to rob another man, woman or child of his inate kindness and selfless attitude to others.
Yours sincerely,
This is just a fraction for the respect and absolute feeling of good will i have towards this man.
To others who have not yet written a letter, maybe you have not know him long but i have no doubt someday he will be of service to you.
To be of service, he has to be not interned in prison, so this is where your letter may make a difference.
I hope that you will now take 10 minutes of your time and go and write one.
Regards.
