Any idea on how long or short these should be? I don’t want to write too little but I also don’t want to write something brilliant that will never be read due to it’s length. Just a ballpark from other people on what they are doing would be great. Thanks.
Make sure Bushy doesnt say a word without his lawyer there. Prosecutors can twist things to make you appear much worse than you are. Do not allow them to bluff him. Bottom line, the lawyer will know what is fact and what is an unvalid threat.
I would also recommend that he have people actually show up on his behalf. Friends or co-workers who can speak in front of the judge, this will have much more of an impact than just letters. That being said, I wish him the best, and hope he fairs better than I did. I wish the mod let me first response through, it could have helped save a fellow T person.

I know it must seem like I am cracking the whip, but it’s easy to think ‘I’ll get around to it’ when in this case (no pun intended) there is a very real finite time.
At the end of the day, I just wanna make sure that he gets all the support he deserves. He didn’t know me from a bar of soap but gave his time, wisdom and patience. Gotta respect that.
