Certianly not what he was hoping to be remembered for. Not sure any President in history has handed over the country in such a pathetic condition. Can’t say that it will matter one way or the other how the bailout goes. Bush will be the face of doom and will surely never get his portrait on any currency.
He was so caught up in his little war. He forgot to take care of the important things. His country. His citizens. His economy, His enternal affairs.
Not to mention the fact that even the president should have a credit limit. I worry that since we can see this much shit. How much are we not seeing. Exactly how badis it and how much will they let us know, without prying.
It probably doesn’t matter much. Nobody will care much in 50 years. How many people know about or discuss past presidents? Not many. If he was a democrat he might be a hero like FDR, history rewritten for his benefit and all.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t blame Bush for this mess. It’s been brewing for a couple of three decades.
Bush is the one that will be remembered. How he is remembered will depend on how bad it gets.
Doesn’t matter if you want the president to look out for you or not. It’s his job.
Yes he did a great job with the national defence and the fight against terror. That is however not what he will be remembered for if this gets any worse.
“demolished America” I dont feel very demolised at all and im serving for America people not to stop relying so heavly on there goverment and more on your self. Bush by far is not the worst or best
