For you guys who love all kinds of stuff in between the burger buns:
I’ll never understand you.
Here’s what my burger needs:
Meat, Cheese, Bun, and maybe mushrooms.
If I want all kinds of shredded vegetables and sauce and whatnot I’ll get a burrito that won’t make a mess all over my lap.
So, for burgers. I like In-n-out Burger quite a lot, but the best bang for my buck is Habit Burger as well.
Islands makes a nice burger too, but they get pretty fancy and I don’t need fancy.
Finally, if I’m in a burger mood and I want something I know is going to scratch that itch, especially if I’m travelling, the Mushroom and Swiss from Red Robin of all places (some pink) takes care of business.

I agree with you. I like the basics a lot and the extra is just taking up space and reducing the amount of room that I have for meat.
