Well … other then I am a sucker for self abuse pretty happy with the session. Cant figure how the hell my shoulders felt like such shit Monday and I was able to press today. I was expecting my Mpresses to blow since I’ve been doing Strict Behind the neck presses with light weight most of the year. So needless to say being able to move some weight was some what satisfying
Since I am just bored with benching right now I’m going To put a little more focus on pressing overhead for the next few month. Until I need to switch gears and focus on the next Meet.

Well , Had the wife come out to call depth for me on my last set of squats. It would appear that the new low bar position has slightly change my perception of depth. It would appear that I must have been really going super deep into the hole on my reps on the previous four sets. Because with her calling depth the weight felt light and I was exploding out of the hole. to quote my wife," DAMN , Put some weight on the Bar."
Sumo’s just suck ass …At this point its to early to say , but I don’t think that sumo is going to be a valid style come Meet time.
Did the same shit as Monday… Right now its taking about 4 days for my upper body to recover too a point I can press due to the new stress placed on it from the new bar position.

Give the sumo time. I grew to really like it. But it took awhile. And then my hip finally said “no.”
Where is NASA Nationals in 2013?[/quote]
My hips are telling me to watch myself at this point. Ill give them a chance , but im feeling that they aren’t going to see the light of day come Meet time. Sumo I feel for me is going to be nothing more as a assistance movement to work my hips.

First actual bench session in a couple weeks. So I just played it smart and went ahead and dropped a my training max down. Really focused on engaging my upper back and staying tight.
I knew he would do fun, make sure he knows that he is the bottom of the barrel now when it comes to expereince and that there MAY be some guys that can still beat him. I see a state qualifier in your future
