Can someone give an example diet plan if i wanted 3200 calories spread over 3 meals using IF. Or give an example on what you eat. thanks

I had the “pain” of trying to cram 3200 in after a 18h fast today. lol
Also, please excuse the haphazardness of this diet “plan”. I tend to not plan my meals too far ahead but I still fit my macros.
PreWO / breakthefast (500kcals)
1/2c oats
1 1/2 scoop Metabolic Drive
1Tb Natty PB
1/2 granny apple
Pwo (400 kcals)
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
1 small banana
1c rice milk
1/2 granny apple
1ts Natty PB
1 animalpak vit
5g BCAA
Lunch (950 kcals)
1c white rice
2Tb Natty BBQ sauce
8oz Rotisserie chicken
3s Gluten Free Rice bread
1Tb Polaner jam
1/4c spinach
Pre dinner protein pulse (200 kcals)
MAG-10 (3 scoops)
Dinner (1200)
2.5c Baby corn, carrorts, asparagus mix
1Tb grass-fed butter
2 baked o potatoes
3Tb natty ketchup
7oz Turkey breast
2 fishoil caps
Washed with 1/2cup eggwhites + 1/2c almond milk
Way more sugar sources than I’m used to eating but you have to go for concentrated calories to eat in a short window.
