Bulking, Weight Stalled

In my first year of bulking i put on roughly 13kg (newb gains most likely) but over the past few months my weight gain has stalled and hasn’t increased at all.

the only way i can increase calories is to literally force food in even if i’m not hungry. should i be doing this or will all those calories just be stored as fat straight away?

Let’s assess your body comp. Pics please.

If you’re still lean. Eat more and push harder. If you have a gut. Eat less and push more often!

Pics would help

Also, idk what is a weight loss gain

This is really good advice!

In addition…where are your strength levels at in the 4-6rep. range?
Flat Press? 1.5x BW or better
O.H. Press? 1.0x BW or better
Squat? 2.0x BW or better
Pull? 2.5x BW or better
Row? 1.0x BW or better

Apologies i meant weight gain
To be honest I’ve never tested my numbers in the 4-6 rep range so i’m not sure what level they would be at.
well i still have visible abs so i guess eating more is the way forward

how long has your weight been the same? You aren’t always going to make linear progress and sometimes if you’re gaining weight or losing it you might stall for one or two weeks and then see a good change in weight without really eating any more or less
