Yeah…once again, this is why pictures of who is posting would help a great deal. This statement makes no sense…and it isn’t because the rest of us are uneducated. Your “biology” experiences a fluctuation in body weight every single day. This is based on body water, food intake, recent dietary changes and even hormones. Just because your scale changes when these change does not make the scale useless.

I keep forgetting I am conversing with bodybuilder types.
Just saying a scale doesn’t do anything for me by itself. A scale with a mirror and measuring tape or skin-fold calipers is a different story.
I get better measurements from things like how much more weight I can squat, how many more pull-ups I can do, how much higher I can jump, how much faster I can run, and over all athletic performance.

You are reading it out of context. The person I was responding to made a joke about 180 being huge in these forums. I am considerably heavier than that.
I joked back that I would be considered “big” for a sprinter or gymnast because I have a bit more body fat to lose.
