The fucked up thing is that I only came over here because I got kicked off the Men’s Health forums for being too serious. I never joked around at all on the boards - So bam… kicked me right off.
And BTW, I have 23.5" guns that would rock your world, sonny.

Those twinkie lifts are going great for you. Don’t forget that the goal is to get in shape…and a circle is a shape too.

Thx! Obviously it’s working well for me since I adapted your “Eat everything without any sort of limitations” principle.
…and I can’t believe no one’s commented on how well my “back bumpers” are developing. I think I may even have to switch to Large-sized shirts soon too! =D
And BTW: Here’s a video of my brother Jebediah doing pushups:
We got similar form, but I can do WAY more (7) than him. I always joke with him that I got all the good genetics in the family.

See, I HATE it when you guys get this wrong. It is specifically called the “Eat the filling out of jelly donuts and refry your french fries” diet which basically gets you to forget about whether you are gaining muscle or not and to only go by how many rolls appear where your AB is. You get extra credit for the increased number of chins after putting on the weight.
