Is the beta alanine sold by Bulk Nutrition’s 1fast400 reliable?
What do you mean reliable? You think they could be putting something else in the container and labeling it beta alanine? lol…Bulk Nutrition is a solid company.
Ok fartboy, here is a lesson in something called respect.
I had written something a little less polite when I remembered coming across something like this in the past.
A fellow member put it best.
“If you walked in my house pissed on my floor, shit on my couch and raped my dog Id kill ya then kick ya the hell out. Thats essentially what your doing here to Biotest/T-Nation. You do realize that sale of the products keeps this site free to us and pays for all the coaches etc. dont you??”
Phill
So, you want beta alanine, buy the good shit right from this site. You wanna know about BN, go to THEIR site and ask. Show some RESPECT.
This post is a little much. I’ve recommended true protein to serve people’s needs when they are looking for something that Biotest doesn’t provide [and I can even appreciate that some of those posts were edited] But you really should not come on this site and ask about a brand that DIRECTLY competes with Biotest on the exact same product. Ask this question on another website.
LOL!! that was hilarious mr.gone. do you talk like that in real life? with your mustache quivering in impotent rage like a red palsied walrus? i can see it now and it’s beautiful my friend. BEAUTIFUL

This is stupid. He’s asking about a specific product, its ok to do that. Quit being such a Biotest whore.

x2
And tell me oh wise one, what do you ‘think’ makes the beta alanine from Biotest any better than the beta alanine from Bulk Nutrition? Oh, besides the ridiculous inflated price.

Exactly. It’s one thing to slam Biotest’s products, it’s another to merely discuss other companies supplements. Not everyone can afford Biotest’s beta-alanine.
BN should have a CoA available on their website. BN has good consumer feedback.

bulk nutrition does not directly compete with Biotest on their beta-alanine product. Biotest clearly distinguishes their product by the nature of it being more time released. it is not exactly the same. I have tried both and there is a strong difference between the two.
if the supplements and nutrition-specific forum was meant to be 100% Biotest supplements only, then it should be labeled this way. clearly it is not. it is one thing to compare apples to apples, but this is not the case. I love Biotest supplements. I have for 9 years. Biotest is hands down the best brand. if they made a supplement that was exactly the same as another and cost more, I’d still go with the Biotest one based on their reputation and quality.
HOWEVER, they are not the end all be all. I like companies like bulk because they provide a lot of unique quality bulk supplements fairly cheap. for example, CLA. buying quality cheap CLA from bulk does not compete with Flameout because even though Flameout has cla, bulk’s cla does contain the extremely potent amount of epa/dha Flameout does. apples to oranges. for me I just want extra cla, so I buy bulk’s cla in addition to Flameout/fish oil.
There is a huge difference between over promotion of a rival to Biotest (and usually to spite Biotest) and with providing a useful company to serve someone’s needs for a unique product.

How many times a day do you need to take the product from bulk nutrition?
1st I will say that Beta-7 is well worth the price.
That being said, who cares if someone merely asks about another product? It’s not like they’re asking if it’s better than Beta-7.
Perhaps a better answer would have been, why not just buy Beta-7.
Jsbrook- an example might be a megadose before before a big event where you want the immediate surge and not the timed release.
you are correct in that Biotest’s Beta Alanine is superior in that you don’t need the high multiple doses and the side effect that comes with smaller multiple doses (the unpleasant rush/warmness)
I was more arguing the point that an open forum for discussion of other supplements not offered by Biotest is ok as long as it doesn’t infringe on Biotest doing business.

totally agree.

I was asking in the interest of knowing how many times a day I would need to take the product if I wanted to use it. I’ll just check on their webpage…

Personally, I am in support of any and all supplement discussion that isn’t actual Biotest bashing. More than anything, I’m just surprised they allowed this thread. These kinds of posts didn’t used to get through. But I think it’s a change for the better that they do.
Beta Alanine from BN is not time released however as far as I’m concerned, it??s a direct competitor of Biotest’s product. Same stuff. I’ve tried both, and prefer the time released but guess what? I did not come and post on Biotest’s forum to ask the efficacy of the BN product. Why? Because it??s fucking rude.
Justifying it however you want will not change that.
Oh, and I??m far from a Biotest whore, but if people calling out bs bothers you, there are plenty of other sites for you to visit.
Now with all that said, jehovasfitness was right, why not just buy Beta7?

You can load BA by taking 1.5 grams 4 times per day for 30 days and then going on a mainentance dose of 1.5 grams twice per day. Loading isn’t necessary. BA and creatine are similiar in their context to loading.

I think that is the last way to go.
People can make up their own minds and sometimes a Biotest product doesn’t fit the needs/budget of others.

But, in the context of this whole post, the “need” part is fulfilled by Biotest.
As for budget, I can understand that part.
I just know that I like to buy from a reputable company and not have to worry about pissing my money away on an inferior product. That being said, I guess that was the whole point of this post.
I’ve taken the bulk beta alanine from BN, and am a current, permanent fanboy of the Biotest Beta-7. So, I says dis:
The bulk is good if you can handle the rushes/tingling associated with the large doses, and you don’t mind taking it as often as is necessary to get a good, reliable effect. If not, or if you don’t want to spend the day sipping on a BETA-alanine jug, the BETA-7’s much better.
