Built for Battle vs Snatch High Pull Specialisation

Hi,
I want to run the hang snatch high pull 3 week specialisation. My goal is 140 kg and currently at 110kg. I won’t be starting the specialisation until end of September and plan to high pull 2-3 week until then so expect it to be closer.
My question is how close would I need to roughly be to hit the a 140 kg high pull after that programme? 20kg gain, I am on the lighter side 67-70 kg
If I ran the snatch pull and the built for battle (yoke)programmes. Would I be better having a phase/gap of a lower frequency programme in between the two programmes?
