Building Overall Mass

Okay. And yesterday I ate a bowl of chicken and rice, 2 ham, cheese, spinach, and mayonnaise sandwiches, 2 190 calorie protein bars, 3 beef and cheese tacos, another bowl of chicken and rice, and a 650 calorie protein shake before bed.

Im 99% sure I got my training down. My new workouts that I got from the forum really increased my intensity and I love it. Only thing I don’t got down is my eating because I cut grass for work so I’m constantly on a mower the only time I get to eat is when I drive to the other houses which is like an average time of 6 or 7 mins.

Here are 2 unedited pics both arm pumps. The one in the bathroom is January 4 and the other one in the gym is April 30.

You have and have had some nice results. No offense, but your diet isn’t the best. I know you are young and kitchen skills take time. You’ll get it together one day.

Also my biceps don’t seem to change in size kinda pissing me off. They grow in strength I can hammer curl 45s for 6 reps I was doing 30s for that in like January. Everything else grows in size except my biceps. Could I be overtraining them?

Yeah I know my diet is lacking. I’m trying to make it better.

Try a biceps routine one of the days a week you train biceps where you are doing strict sets of 10 reps. Trying mainly to feel the contraction. Worry about the weight another day of the week.

Keep hitting the big basic lifts, as the body grows so will the arms.

The big basics will help add size to your whole frame.

My dude, you need some more fruits and veggies in your life, along with a lot more food and fewer protein bars and shakes.

Any of those should help

I need some high calorie meal ideas that I can take to work because if I didn’t work I’d be set I’ve got mostly everything I need at home but long days in the sun sweating burning hella calories and not eating enough added to that ain’t doing me any favors

Sandwiches, wraps, and burritos have been feeding working men for generations.

dont forget meat pies, food of the gods.

What is such a thing?

I am not sure if you were serious or being sarcastic. It is a pastry pie filled with meat

I was being serious. Do they call them mince pies in the UK? Looks amazing. In Spain/ South America they have a similar food called empanadas, but what they fill it with can vary - sometimes amazing, sometimes… questionable.

Anyway, a burrito is probably your closest analaog here

Yes mince pie in the uk as in mince beef. Over here pies are like a national dish and can be filled with any meat and all different spices and flavours. So good.

It’s pretty cool how the meat pie is another dish that transcends culture. I had some amazing ones in St Petersburg, Russia. They called them pierogis, which are different than the kind you get in Poland.

Have you legit never eaten a hot pocket?

Touché. I seriously forgot about hot pockets. I don’t think I’ve had one in a decade. Time to right a wrong

I’ve never seen a mince pie in the UK with minced beef in them. The only ones I’ve ever seen are the usual dried fruit concoction you get at Christmas.

And that pie in the picture looks perfect. The Aussies really have this stuff figured out. Apart from the ketchup.
