Tore my hands up pretty badly the weekend before last so wasn’t able to do much until now. Had to wear work gloves over band aids to do this.

I was a bit like the man in the joke when I got injured. Thought “ouch that hurt”, looked at my hand to see flaps of skin hanging off my fingers, got angry and decided I would carry on by using my other hand, you’ll never guess what happened next. Same thing on that hand as well. Good job I heal more quickly than I learn.

Was aiming for 8 minute AMRAP’s on the chins and dips but stopped when I hit failure. Ring dips were more difficult than expected.
