Don’t you feel that doing closegrips before inclines holds you back when it comes to the numbers you use on the incline ? For me it has to be Flat then Incline, followed by closegrips, otherwise I’d get too much tris when hitting the incline.

hlss - I probably won’t go into “ALL OUT BULKATHON 2k12!!!” for quite awhile. But the cals will ultimately keep going up. Job hunt is going ok. Good, not great. I get call backs and have been on interviews, a good one (for a position I wasn’t qualified for, lol) I didn’t get, and a couple herpyderp jobs that I got an offer and didn’t take. Hopefully in this next month or so something goes my way. Interviewing in NYC in a couple weeks.

no way man. I don’t need a panel of judges to tell me what I need to improve ;). I would look like a string bean if I dieted down to contest leanness. In time, I definitely would like to see how I look on stage, but not yet.

Leg extensions - didn’t pay attention to the poundage (partner was setting it), but we got decently heavy

Looking strong. Not sure what you’re career will be, but if I was you I’d think about staying in Texas. I’ve done some traveling the last 6 months or so and everywhere I’ve been has been in the economic shitter in comparison to Texas, and to top it off we have no State income tax and the cost of living is absurdly cheap [even in Austin], relatively speaking.

“Huge” rhomboids? ololol.

In my “formative years” (when I started firing on all cylinders), I put a big emphasis on heavy rowing. LOVE(D) barbell rows, often done with english, and a slew of other movements. And rack pulls.

Didn’t check training logs for awhile but gotta stop by to say awesome work, especially the squatting! Very impressive.

I haven’t bodyfat tested but I’d guess no leaner then 13% and no fatter then about 16%. I mainly get bodyfat in the lovehandle area really, which sucks for waist measurements/look.

Got into a pretty big argument with my lady last night over what I think is a big misunderstanding, I figured it was just cuz we’d been drinking but it continued this morning. Was up stupid late, slept horribly, and woke up from a “nap” about 45 min before lifting, so just had 1 scoop humapro, 3 pieces ezekiel bread, then 20min pre-workout I took a stim and I had a sick workout. <3 the gym sometimes.
