On the BB Curls do you use flat or EZ bar?
You went one arm DB curls, is that seated on an incline seat or?
Trying to better understand the DB row, is it a pause at the top (“squeeze”)?

BB curls are Olympic barbell curls. I have never really done EZ-bar curls consistently… I think it’s because the EZ bar is very popular at my gym and it’s hard to get a hold of it. Plus, it looks badass curling a big wheel on each side (or more).
One-armed DB curls are standing.
As far as the DB row is concern… think of it like this. First of all I kick my non-braced leg out kind of wide so I’m a bit more stable. When the DB is down and my lat is stretched, my palm is fully pronated, or facing me. As I row, it supinates (DB curls outward), and I hold it at the top for a second before lowering under control.

Had a very solid chest day today. Asked my fellow BOIer (davethebarbarian) to give me some ideas for chest and he told me what he did, so I basically copied that just with lighter weights and my own personal touch. Energy was very good too.
Oh and I did 40min elliptical this morning.
Thorough warmup and strech, did some light light incline DB presses and flies for teh stretchez.
Decline bench - did “standing one-armed upperchest flies” between sets. Took a 12.5lbs DB and raised it in front and a little across the body, squeezing my bicep into my chest to fill chest with blood. Was very nice. Did 12 reps each time.

315 x 7 - 7th rep was slow but still smooth. Been a long time since I’ve touched decline. This was nice for the ego to rep 3 plates on SOMETHING even if it’s cheaterdeclineololo.
