Double major. Economics and Japanese.
^ Winning.
I posted last night but apparently half my posts don’t go thru… grr. dislike the technical issues here.
Dominated my two tests, didn’t sleep a whole lot, was at the pool for a bit, and lifted. Scheduled for legs, but my abs and lowerback are still sore as hell so I’m pushing it back to tomorrow and hit shoulders today. Went pretty well. Being tan in a grey beater also is a good look. ![]()

Bugs,
Was it you who was rest-pausing for a long period of time (like, every major lift) ? I can’t recall. Was trying to find the log of that person.
Looking sexy, as usual.
How’s the ROM on those MPs?
luv
Ponce,
I used to rest pause a lot, yes, but that was like 1.5-2 years ago, lol. Something I will DEFINITELY return to at some point, though. I like rest-pausing a lot. Appreciate it.
Gaius O,

Ate fried pickles today dipped in ranch – DEFINITELY NOT ON THE DIET, fml.
Hitting arms in a couple hours. ![]()

Hey man - you’re a tank! Would love to have your shoulder strength.
What are the Lat Pulldown Curls plz? They sound interesting…
ha! appreciate it man.
The lat pulldown curls are something I quote “came up with” while I was working out in a tiny, very limited, equipment-wise, gym in Japan. Basically, take a prettty close grip (this is just the most comfortable for me… hands touching or almost touching that middle bar), lean back a little against the knee rest, chest up, back arched, and curl down to your face.
Gets a really nice pump going IMO.

Whoa - I’ll give them a go, I’ve got a crappy power rack + lat attachment… but I think I should be able to do them how you described.
Thanks again man.
What was it like lifting in Japan? Do you see many big people walking around - there’s a show on TV called Ninja Warrior (you prob already know) but there’s some pretty solid dudes on that show sometimes.

Lol - did I say something wrong?

213-214 morning weight. Wish I had deeper abs. You see all the fat I hold on the side (my wide waist doesnt help), and my lower back is soft too. 200lbs here we come!
Hit up some cardio, abs, and pool this morning/afternoon. And my mom accused me of steroids fml.
