LOL @ getaway sticks. They arent big, just when you take my huge torso out of the picture, the quads by themselves look halfway dece. They might be 27 or a little above at the thickest point.

Did you do narrow stances to get that?
That’s what I’m doing and it’s annoying for 2 reasons: 1) it hurts like all hell, and 2) I can’t use as much weight which hurts my ego ;(

I don’t have good sweet darling, it’s just a good pic from a good angle. :wink: but yes, I try to emphasize sweet with narrower foot positions. Just play with it till it feels right.

Today I did 35min elliptical after my test, came home, ate a meal, went to the dog park with a girl (oooooh), which turned kind of into a date, walked around with her for a couple hours, then back to her place…

Bugs (if I may call you that) - I just read through at least half of your log - VERY impressive…holy shit you are strong. I love it when I read someone actually does the heavy partials on side laterals, partial leg curls, etc. people say “oh yea, it’s nothing new”…but they don’t have the balls to do it right…you my friend have balls. HA! keep it up.

I have a leg press challenge for you and Ebomb…the article is coming later next week…you’ll see…

Had a bit of a strange day. Was up very late last night getting in “cardio” aherm… slept maybe 2 hours before coming home to get my car ready to sell. Guy came late, so I got up early for nothin, blah blah, so I didnt do cardio…

Planning on napping from 5:15 to 5:45, snoozed alarm and woke up at 7:15 FML… no car and gym closed at 9. got ready, pounded stims, hustled to gym, and got in my arm workout in an hour. Was actually really awesome. Def getting leaner lil by little. New veins and shit… fun stuff.

Two-handed 1-DB hammer curls (courtesy of DOHCrazy… Basically sit, hold one DB between your legs, kinda hunch over, and perform a hammer curl… squeeze hard. Was a nice variation). Low rest.

Rope pressdowns
5 ascending sets with low rest.
