I’m looking to buff up a little but, I was wondering what meals are high in protien. I go to the gym every now and again when I’m motivated as well as doing boxing. At the moment, the CV is out of the window temporarily as I’ve damaged ligaments in my knee, but that doesn’t disable the top part of my body.
Any reply would be greatly appreciated. I do currently have Whey protien (that I’ve had for ages)… but a little guidance to fill me with protien would be good.
Try the articles in the Beginners section. If you only go to the gym “now and again when you’re motivated”, then you really need to start from scratch. Protein supplements won’t do shit unless you’re lifting regularly and eating properly.
