If you ever bought BSN supplements and they did not work, now is your chance to get your money back. Just look at the recent lab assay on their Cell Mass product. There is no CEM3 in the product, and the chemists say it can’t even be manufactured. That goes for their NO Explode and Nitrix product as well.
Here is the link with the 23 page PDF File. Sorry, I could not cut and paste it.
Just yesterday someone was arguing with me about how the creatine in NO Explode was better than plain creatine monohydrate. Sadly, a lot of BSN customers won’t even hear about this lawsuit, or won’t have proof of purchases to get in on the action.

I love that. It cannot be manufactured. Lol, why not at least to pretend to have something that exists/could exist (but is too cost prohibitive)?
I thought the same thing! It would have been much better for them to state that they put in a rare supper expensive version of creatine than just make one up. I just don’t see how they are going to get out of this law suit as they made so many claims about the product and there is also no references to back them up. Especially about the acidity of their product in stomach acid, no loading phase and so on. They will get what is coming to them I hope!!
Hear is short quote that I received form Supplement Police as they sent it to all the members. This might answer any questions that some might have. Also don’t forget to contact the Lawyers if you have purchased a BSN product and did not get any results as you might get your money back or a new container that actually meats its label claims!!
I think it’s important for all members to review the recent class
action lawsuit brought against BSN located here.
In stead of thanking their trading partners for bringing a problem to
their attention and addressing it professionally some decided in stead
to use the court system to bully spolice from posting factual
information about products and informing members about products that did not meet
label claims according to independent laboratory testing.
I think you’ll find this Class action lawsuit shows that was not the
intention all and spolice was created with positive intentions to support
out industry and our freedom to buy and use nutritional and dietary
supplements. I believe BSN will be held responsible if found guilty and
in hindsight wished they would have addressed the issue initially as a
professional company.
Hahahhaa. Good God I love this. All these kids taking Cell Mass and thinking it’ll do something (other than cause insane diarrhea) and then it turns out that it’s just sugary caffeine powder.
I almost tried NO Explode once, but decided agnist it after reading a bunch of terrible reviews. I remember when Nitrix came out, the guy at GNC said “it’s pretty badass stuff”

That’s because they judge it by how much diarrhea it causes.

Yea, Nitrix is still a popular product with the NO PUMPPY croud.

Amazing.
BSN = Big Shyster Nutrition
Big Shyster Nutrition is a good fit!! I wonder what the BSN representatives will be saying at the Iron Man Show in February?
LOL. I admit that I used to be on the BSN bandwagon awhile back. I’m glad I stopped when I did. I HATE how people here at college think it makes you “hhhyyyyyuuuuge”.
I tried no-xplode, thought I got less response from it then I would have from a coffee and it tasted immeasurably worse. Still got half a tub hanging around. Unlikely to get used now haha.
ok so say someone was young and dumb last summer and bought the BSN mass stack for some outlandish price…can i get my money back or how would i go about this?
