I do feel confident in mah back…kinda i’m proud of myself since the crazy has been hampered quite a bit for my workouts the last 2 months. I have moments of the crazy ebbing, and wanting to go more more more…But i think of my luck. and I thank god everyday, and hope I can keep my half of the deal :slight_smile: !!! no more boo boo NO!!!

I’ve recently started doing more of them but tap out pretty quickly. Last week I hit 155 for a couple of triples and only eeked out a single at 165. I’d like to do 20 reps at 135 by the fall.

I think the guy beside you wasn’t planning to curl. He was planning to do some low weight zerchers.

Hey O! :smiley: OH yes-i am very respectful of heavyish front squats…i don’t try and max out much because i find them really easy to screw up back wise trying to get up. I get more out of reps for those, like gm’s which i can’t go very heavy on.

I’ve never experienced a sore back form lifting. not injured, but doms on my upper back–rear delts,lats, traps, whatever the hell else is back there on top:) cool :slight_smile:
