Hey Veg! wow, i have to say yet agian your legs are delicious!! love them!! funny you speak about my back because its actually feeling quite a bit better since even 24 hours ago. I’m holding on deads for awhile too–which i should have done from the start.
I think this Olympic bar training stuff has helped alot, keep things moving and fluidy. it ridiculous! I’m happy my body’s being so forgiving and willing to try and feel better once I started to do things that help instead of forcing things because I’m crazy. I just must move everyday keepin it real.
today was just 30 mins cardio, going to do snatches through the night as well. I’ll try and post the vid again which never loaded. i think i might have the idea…

did a few sets of bench but i really wasn’t feeling it, cut that short to do tommorow
30 min cardio
today felt great. Nothing exceptional, nothing close to prior feats, but non the less it just felt nice. I even got my strut on like i used to in the glory days.
fronties 140x7,x6 x 5 sets, 155, 175–major fail. ha!
Bulgarians w bb 115x6/leg x 2 sets. I realized I need to lengthen out more to get more my ass involved so i pushed the bench back and did 95x7/leg x 2 sets.
push presses instead of benching --ALL benches IN USE, I did try! 95x5,x7,x8,x9,x10.maybe bench tonigth after my nap.
today/tonight benching
115x8, 120x4x 4 sets, 125x2x3 sets, 130 three nice singles, and about 90% down of 135,mighta had it with a spot.
feeling slightly better about bench set up. Also realize I might not wait long enough between sets and I like to spread my grip a bit further, seems to help. It will never be my favorite.
i really like the fish, too. would never have guessed it was a cover-up (mind you, i don’t know anything about tattoos). glad you are getting back into enjoying your training.

what i think is snatches #89 a total of about 10. tried c & j’s which i need work on, did about 5 with 111#
squats bar, 135, 185, 225, 245, 265–all felt nice:)
