Thanks everyone! I think 700 (raw) is within my range, but I don’t know by August… but I’m gonna try.
My nemesis right now is the bench… I gotta really work on this, the thing is, I have been dammit! I have come up some, but not nearly what I want… or (think) I am capable of.
I am gonna mull some things over, talk to Meat and a couple of other experienced lifters and see if I (we) can come up with something… some sort of plan of attack.

Everything hurts today… don’t know why. Dropped the weight a bit in some movements, just to get some blood flowing and get rid of the aches. This getting old sucks.

ya think maxing out both bench and deadlift on saturday might have something to do with that. I thought a de-load week was called for this week - lol
