Big slice out of my right index finger from fishing… ripped it open a couple of times, so I had to resort to using straps for the last couple of sets 'cuz people getting pissed I was bleeding all over the place.
I just told them it was time of the month, popped a couple of Midol, smeared some Monostat on the cut and carried on.

again, starting from scratch- new box/ bench- 13" in height- take a look at the vids- low enough? Form? really concentrated on getting the bar lower on traps, pushing elbows forward and the chest out. Used minimal weight, but still felt it in the glutes and hips.
