Make him listen to every Nickelback album until he promises not to do it again.

“No never again!” dah nah nah dah nah nah dah nah nah dah nah nah

I’ll never understand the mindset of some the idiots on here who think narcing on him and actively trying to get him arrested will help the situation. It won’t, plain and simple. This kid is 18 y/o. How positively can you really expect a prison sentence or six months in county jail to affect this kid? Statistically speaking, this is really only likely to exacerbate his drug use, his stealing and his inability to become a contributing member of society.

On top of that, how would you feel if you ratted on your brother (basically being a two-balled bitch and sinking down to the level on which the brother operates), he went to prison, was repeatedly raped and beaten, was able to procure drugs on the inside anyways, gets out, holds a permanent grudge against you, cannot get a real job because he is a convicted felon with a history of theft, resorts to stealing again to support the habit that only became more firmly entrenched while in prison, and then died of a drug overdose?

If you really think that being arrested is the wakeup call this kid needs (it isn’t), then fine. But don’t speed the process up because you are selfish and unable to provide real help to your brother. If he is as bad as he seems, then he’ll get arrested without your help. You’d be a much better brother if you were there for him when he needs help, NOT if you were one of many reasons as to why he needs help.
