isn’t this in Get A Life already? seems about right.
I just took a look at the other videos this guy has on his youtube channel, and I noticed a couple things.
The first is that, out of a bazillion videos he’s posted, these are the only two that make him look this bad. Most of what he’s posted are video game related, or martial arts related. He’s not pretending to have expertise in lifting.
In his blog he said his goal was to be in the best shape of his life, not to bench 340 at a PL meet. I have trouble understanding why OP wants us to flame this guy, seems like it’s something personal. He’s not trying to teach anyone how to bench or anything, these are just things he’s proud of accomplishing. To each his own.
The second is that the guy’s not in terrible shape as it is. He’s got another video where he’s doing some core work that shows he’s got solid core stability. And in another video where he’s got his shirt off, he looks better than half the people that post on this site. And his martial arts vids seem legit as well.
Just some thoughts.
