Fair enough that you be concerned about your peers in another country, but you have to accept other countries cultures or else everything goes to shit. Look at what’s happened with the West vs. Muslim’s, 2 different cultures refusing to accept each others ways.
Some Indians and Sri Lankans drive me MENTAL at my uni, but after a few years I realise it;s because I simply I don’t understand why they say/do some things, not because there is anything fundamentally wrong with them.
All I’m saying is try and put yourself in their shoes, there’s usually a reason they treat themselves that way.

What makes you say that?
For ex, Britain freed all slaves in the Empire by paying their owners for the slaves. They couldn’t have done this w/o the support of the king and the people. They did this prior to the US civil war, btw.
