Squat
265x3x5 These felt great today, felt like I coulda done 10 on the second set.
Bench
190x3x5 Had a bad lift off on the third set and needed some help on the last rep. I’m confident that if I had a good lift off I could’ve completed all the reps.
Deadlift
280x3 rest 280x2 I have a long torso and short arms in relation to the rest of my body. Deadlifts have always been a weak point for me. Tonight I felt like my form broke down, and there was too much rounding. I’ll repeat the weight next time.
I got lazy with updating this. Basically i worked my way up to a 300x3x5 squat by around august 10th, which i was very happy about. However my deadlift stalled at around 285, which completely confused me, considering i could squat 300 lbs below parallel. I will have form check videos ofmy squat/ dl sometime in the future. Right now im not lifting because im in the football season.
