Last week on my press workout I did 130 for 9 reps. I think that was a PR.
Today
I havent been feeling very motivated to go to the gym and Ive especialy been dreading squatting. So I reset my squat max down 20 pounds.

So Im trying to bulk and yet I’ve LOST weight. I hate to be the guy that says hes an ectomorph, but I really am. Yesterday I ate burger king and chinese food and today I woke up 4 pounds lighter than I should be. I used to sit at around 182 and now I weigh 176. Completely frustrated… and my gym numbers are sucking right now.
Unfortunately I think Im one of those guys that needs like 6 or 7k calories to bulk

Haha i guess so. My press and deadlift are taking off while my squat and bench are in the shitter.
WTF. I just woke up and weighed 173. I havnt weighed 173 since sophomore year. Jesus christ i lose weight like its my job. Considering starting GOMAD
