I was really sore when doing BBB too. It wore on me eventually, and I’m happy to be taking a break from it. I’m in awe of you liking it.
Ahhh, ahhh, ahh… the smoking will bite you in the ass once you’re ‘out of practice!’ Your still burning throat is proof-positive.
So, how double-jointed ARE your shoulders? My sister can clasp her hands together and fully dislocate and then reduce her shoulders bringing her arms down onto her back. She is officially a freak. When we were kids she didn’t know that it wasn’t normal and used to hang on the uneven parallels at the gym with her arms turned backwards. Spooked more than one coach. Best was on Halloween… ‘trick or treat’, she would choose trick and make people cringe or just look at us like we were nuts. We got extra candy via that technique sometimes. My shoulders are thankfully not quite as freakish, but still have been partially dislocated on more than one occasion, particularly the right one. Training has really helped stabilize them by strengthening the shoulder girdle and providing enhanced protection of the capsule.
Bottom line: keep getting stronger chica! Your shoulders (and the rest of your body) will thank you.
The hottie Johnny Depp had that smokeless thing in The Tourist. Damn, he’s hot. I don’t know why I have such a thing for quiet guys…
I keep trying to do headstands for zen purposes and shit, but I don’t feel at peace when I’m about to fall over. Eh.
It’s awesome that you can do that.
Good work in here, Beauty. And a vid of this grunting is necessary. ![]()
Handstands FTW!
i used the lozenges recreationally WAY before i actually quit. cherry, not mint.
^those are disgusting. I think you should get your tongue checked.
^by me. If you were wondering.

the lozenges arent for sucking. they hang out in your cheek and dissolve.
i do, however, need you to help me put back in both of my tongue piercings, and monitor the swelling.

Shows what I know about the recreational useage of tobaccow cessation aids.

The best place for me to monitoring the swelling of your tongue is if you put your tongue…

fuck you vag tease!
Today I’ve had an excruciating head ache since I woke up. I never get headaches. It’s dull pain all over with a sharp pain that occurs when I cough or laugh.
After much googling, I think it may be due to yesterdays workout session: Valsalva maneuver, which is the term for trying to exhale while holding your breath. This act â?? which also can play a role in primary cough headaches â?? increases pressure in blood vessels in your head. Exertional headaches cause a throbbing pain that gradually builds in intensity and is felt on both sides of your head.
The pain can last from five minutes to 48 hours.
I’m logging it to make sure I didnt just grow a tumor last night ![]()

“5kg over head on the superdecline (kimba/main challenge) x 5 x 5” , she says.
DB or plate or med ball overhead? This might have to be investigated further…

omg the plate WAS NOT behind my head, it was on my chest. Thats cheating isnt it?! SHIT. Now I have to get off 50 times instead of 5 times tonight to make up for it. Maschy, entonces…cual es el nombre de tu labia izquierda?! jajajaj seria muy beuno a decir a un hombre, comate big mike cerdo, comatelo… lmao. [/quote]
HAHAHA! Que chancha que sos!! The right one is unamed - but i’m taking suggestions…
NO! Its not cheating!! plate on chest is like a step before plate behind head - i rock the plate on chest too, for GHRs for example - when i get stronger, i’ll move it to behing the head. Ta-da!
Oh evs! I’ll have a smoke every once in a while. Smoking is still an absolute pleasure for me, and having a cigarette every 3 months certainly isn’t going to kill me. I live by the BQE - that will probably give me lung cancer before smoking a parliment will. Everything in moderation!
Excellent training lover! No wonder you’re busting out of your shirts!!
Sorry about the headache. I never get headaches either - it the worst! Drink plenty of water!!
besssssos!
^^ I totally LOVED that!
I wish I were a CHONGA MAMA!!!
glute circuit
note to self: NEVER do jump squats without warm up. I did it directly after quad stretching and my right ass knotted up and screamed for a minute. Yes, my good side, not my weak side! So I just continued through my warm up and it eventually losened up, though it seems tighter than normal right now. I was using the vortexer (pic attached) on my shoulders last night at work (I was there until 7am) and this felt amazing actually so I might have to get a hitachi for muscle relaxing purposes.
anyway
5/3/1 cycle 1 week 2 B day (blue)
(kg x sets x reps)
52,5 x 3 x 5
62,5 x 3 x 5
70,0 x 3 x 5 (154lbs)- damn I can do more than this for sure. I did it barefoot. Feeling WAY stronger than last week somehow.
I tried to do it like this.
