I have some .5mg Anastrozole CAPSULES but I only need .25mg per dose. Anyone have experince with breaking the capsules? I’m thinking weight the powder, cut in half and use sublingual OR create a suspension with ethanol but looking for experience.

If you have a scale sensitive enough to weigh it go for it. The capsules dissolve quickly so any way you take it will be the same(or very close to the same) absorption.
Get a crack scale.
