Break It To Me Gently

If I had to nitpick, I’d say your weak points are your mid-back and your chest. When I say mid-back I don’t mean your lats. I mean your rear delts, mid-traps, teres major, and all those other tiny muscles that get flexed in the rear double bicep.

But really, you look awesome. Especially if you’re “bulking your brains out” right now because you’ve got some pretty sick Quad definition for being on a bulk.

i thought you guys might get a kick out of this…

i went from that to that to that in just over a year. i went through some hard times, obviously haha. but just letting you know the top 2 pics posted on this thread are the most recent!

nah, what i meant was i thought that when you said…“ill take some leg shots after i go puke my guts up” meant your gonna go blast your quads, puke cause of the workout, then take the pic. I deff didnt think puking cause of being sick

i basically do DC style of training but on a split routine. cardio follows weight training even after leg day. i work out core twice a week.

mon-legs
tues-chest
wed-off
thur-back,bis
fri-shoulders,traps,tris
sat-cardio(HIIT)
sun-off

Wait a minute. You look like you lost a LOT of size (but leaned out) from 17-21. Is that what you meant by “went through hard times”? In fact your picture at 17 looks almost like a photoshop or a camera trick :slight_smile:

And I’m sure most of the serious DCers (Dante himself) would appreciate it if you didn’t identify him with such.

Informationally, Dante didn’t, nor does he claim too, have invented rest-pause training.

So if you RP and that’s what you meant by “DC” style, then you are just plain wrong.

i did lose a lot of weigh, but intentionally. no, thats not what i meant by going to hard times, what i meant by that is the 3 pic picture was all in a year… so i went from 210 to 140 (those were the hard times) to 195. and that was all within a years time. but no the picture is not photoshopped or tricked. the pic where i was really sunburnt is kind of distorted from when i scanned it.

haha swole… no dude im talking more on the lines of doing widowmakers and “you have one working set to kick some freakin ass.” i also do a lot of extreme stretching. i dont do RP, but ill throw in some dropsets and supersets also. sorry to confuse you but i did say somethin like dc training
