Break Between dosing and thoughts I. timelines

You have twice mentioned Arnold and the movie Predator. Have you seen the 1969 movie, “Hercules in New York” starring Arnold Strong (Schwartzenegger)? His voice was dubbed. Arnold was a massive specimen. The Arnold of Predator was a shell himself. If he was 220lbs I would be surprised and I would guess his % body fat was not less than 12%.

Others might add their opinions. “Opinions vary” (quote from Roadhouse - if we’re mentioning movies)

Arnold’s height is debatable. My guess is he is just over 6’ at his peak competition. Probably just shy of 6’1".

@RT_Nomad i was a big Arnold fan back in the day. Now he’s a liberal pansy but that aside you are spot on with your assessment. 6’1” before he got old. Prob 220 in Predator.

And you only bench 315? Something doesn’t add up brother. Maybe that was a typo though and I bet we are all not great at something. Your stats are impressive. You dwarf me. Care to share some relaxed / non pumped pics?

Bench has always been my weakest compound, im working on it but i rarely get a spotter at the gym so havent pushed as hard as anything else. Only recent pic i have is attached, nothing flexed/pumped

You look great man. Shocked your bench isn’t as high as your other lifts but hey it’s my weak point too.

By your avatar, I thought you were black haha. Must be a good tan / lighting.

You look great, but I think 9-10% BF is a bit optimistic. I’d think 12-14% depending on how you store body fat.

FWIW, I think you should skip over the orals and either just use more Test, or another injectable that meets your goals and has a side effect profile you can live with. Maybe Test / EQ. Your short plan is 24 weeks, and I think you’d see some good effects out of EQ in that time frame (I haven’t used it FTR, but I know others who have). Personally, I’d go with EQ over Deca or Dbol if I was using it that long. The gains aren’t going to be as fast, but likely more loyal after you stop too.

Thanks! I am pretty sure my technique on bench isnt optimal, most people getting more than 3 plates seem to crank/arch their back to an insane degree.

I’m going off Inbody scans, that picture was also after 5 days of all inclusive resort so not quite as leaned out as usual!

Times have changed for sure. Doses of these are easily attained at 50-100% higher from hormone clinics for Joe Schmo’s “my joints are kinda sore”. At some point, the FDA is going to drop the hammer on all these clinics. This will be known as the golden age of hormone “replacement” in a couple decades lol.

I have the info and am choosing, at least for now, to incur some level of risk for me to “feel good” by running low dosages of T, nandrolone and oxandrolone (usually not both N and O at the same time). I don’t have any interest in bodybuilding at all. I haven’t really done a curl in years or really any isolation exercise.

Feeling good is subjective to each individual. For me, at the moment, it means being able to physically do things I wouldn’t be able to do without the roids. So maybe I’m giving up some longevity down the road to live in the moment today. That’s the trade I’m willing to make right now.

Down the road, feeling good for me will most likely mean something different as the risk increases with taking roids other than true TRT. But I’ll worry about that when that day comes. “Live for today” (without being totally reckless) is my current thinking.

Hey man, you clearly know the risks and rewards. You do you. I only get concerned when young folks or any folks who lack knowledge think it’s a possible free ride. I see no issues with your senetiment. YOLO

Opinions vary…great line. So is “pain don’t hurt”, while he’s getting stitches in his rib-area! But hey, Dalton’s a tough sum bitch, mijo! Not like Brad Wesley

Roadhouse is the absolute best movie for “badass” quotes.

Follow Three Simple Rules

Dalton: People who want to have a good time won’t come to a slaughterhouse, and we’ve got entirely too many troublemakers here… Too many uhh, 40 year old adolescents, felons, power drinkers, and trustees of modern chemistry… It’s going to change.

Hank: Yeah, that sure sounds great… but a lot of the guys who come in here we can’t handle one-on-one, even two-on-one.

Dalton: Don’t worry about it; all you have to do is follow three simple rules: One, never underestimate your opponent… expect the unexpected; Two, take it outside, never start anything inside the bar unless it’s absolutely necessary. And three… be nice.

Hank: [Incredulously] Come on!!

Dalton: If somebody gets in your face and calls you a c*cksucker I want you to be nice.

Hank: [With resignation] Ok.

Dalton: Ask him to walk, be nice. If he won’t walk, walk him, but be nice. If you can’t walk him, one of the others will help you and you will both be nice. I want you to remember that it’s the job, it’s nothing personal.

Steve: Being called a c*cksucker isn’t personal?

Dalton: No, it’s two nouns combined to elicit a prescribed response.

Steve: What if somebody calls my Mama a wh*re?

Dalton: Is she?

[Everyone snickers.]

Dalton: I want you to be nice… until it’s time… to not be nice

Bouncer: So, uh, how are we supposed to know when that is?

Dalton: You won’t. I’ll let you know. You are the bouncers, I am the cooler. All you have to do is watch my back and each others… and take out the trash!

Since I’m a short guy I always enjoyed the “I thought you’d be bigger” granted Swayze was prob 160lbs.

Even Wesley had some good quotes.

“You bleed too much.” – Wesley

“If there’s one thing that disgusts me, it’s a man who can’t admit when he’s wrong.” – Wesley

“I used to fuck guys like you in prison”

Roadhouse rules.

“Don’t ever marry an ugly woman; she’ll suck the life right out of you.” – Red

Give Red a little Roadhouse credit too.

This should be pinned to the pharma section. So many think it’s a free ride. It’s not. Might be cosmetic sides, or it might be more serious. No free ride though.

This all depends on your general health and tolerance for risk. There’s nothing inherently conflicting about switching between the two different drugs. Your blood work and health markers are what should guide you.
