Of course they are. Why wouldn’t they be?
The juice does all the work…

Don’t worry, I have all bases covered. Those horrid muscular people won’t ever get any applause again if I have anything to do with it.
From here on out, call me “Shugart Enforcer”!!
LOL. I actually laughed out loud
Me too. I pictured him going around town beating people up and trashing their place if they liked bodybuilding.[/quote]
X and CS, 2 of the horsemen of the apocalypse… (war and famine)
I was at the NPC OC and saw big Jay ![]()
Big as a house but not much different from years prior…
we wont be able to judge him til gameday since it’s all conditioning with him…the man doesn’t need any more mass lol
He gave a cool speech tho. Omar Deckard, Silvio, and a few others were also there but not guest posing.

You’re kinda funny, for a German.
I can’t imagine how brutal Cutler’s calf routines must be to have those calves look proportional during an epic lat spread like that.

Cows. When you get them that big, you call them by their right name.

Well, depends… If his calf genetics are anything like mine, then he just needs to watch tv for a few hours to make them grow an inch…
Edit: Hate me ![]()
Seriously, you guys have to stop. I normally don’t piss myself while reading these threads, but damn, X, that “Shugart Enforcer” bit was too f’in funny.
Does this mean you’re going on the V-Diet asap? I think it’s the only way you’ll fit into the “Enforcer” extra-medium spandex uniform.
150 lb dumbbells…for fucking SHOULDER PRESSES? And I kinda doubt he’s going for a 3RM…
Does anybody seriously look at this guy and think to themselves, “Ah, he’s not so strong…”?
That is my new favorite training pic right there.

It’s not shoulder press, he was doing incline bench. Regardless, it’s still impressive.
I edited his first comment above lol
Damn Jay’s looking big. I know people won’t give him credit until game day, but I wouldn’t mind seeing Jay bring it, and go out on top. He always said he’d retire in his mid 30’s, and to go out with everyone saying he never deserved his wins kinda sucks.
S

I’m not a particular fan of Jay’s physique, but after looking at some of the trash they’re talking in the magazines about him I just have to say that the man’s had a VERY long professional career (in one of the most difficult sports to actually make a living from, even at an elite level) and generally conducts himself like a class act in between winning titles.
17 wins over nearly twenty years, with 12 of those being pro wins and two of those being Olympia’s. If that’s not worthy of respect I don’t know what is.
Only other guy to have a career like that (and still competing, although I’m sure Levrone would show us how it’s done if he came back) is THIS dude;

Besides, I bet they were partial reps.
Big business as usual. I like Jay, out of all the pro bodybuilders he is the one I look up to in the business aspect of the sport. His midsection did look tighter. Yet, who knows what will happen game time.

I was thinking along the same vein. I know last year sorta pissed him off so maybe he does a few/three more years? Monster.
